Led by President Aaron Gonzalez and his wife Brenda, this is a family-driven practice built on trust, compassion, and a shared commitment to helping people reconnect with the sounds that matter most. Aaron and Brenda co-run the business with a hands-on approach, ensuring every patient experience reflects their values of honesty, personalized care, and long-term support. Their leadership sets the tone for a team that treats every patient like part of the family.

Aaron Gonzalez
Owner & Our Hearing Instrument Specialist
Aaron Gonzalez is the owner of Padgett Hearing Aid Center and has dedicated the past 20 years to helping patients reconnect with the people and moments that matter most. He began his career as a translator, where he quickly realized he was called to do more for those with hearing loss. That passion led him to the hearing healthcare field, where he found his life's purpose.
Aaron believes that restoring hearing is about far more than improving sound—it's about restoring relationships, confidence, independence, and quality of life. He is committed to educating every patient and guiding them to the hearing solution that best fits their unique needs, lifestyle, and goals.
As a leader, Aaron is equally passionate about investing in his team. He believes that when employees are supported, empowered, and inspired, they can provide the highest level of care to every patient. He leads with integrity, compassion, and a servant's heart, fostering a culture built on excellence, respect, continuous growth, and genuine care for both patients and one another.

Brenda Gonzalez
Office Manager
Brenda Gonzalez is the Office Manager and co-owner of Padgett Hearing Aid Center. For the past nine years, she has been dedicated to building a practice centered on exceptional patient care, outstanding service, and operational excellence. As a proud wife and mother of two, Brenda is passionate about creating a welcoming environment where every patient feels valued, respected, and treated like family from their very first interaction. She is committed to ensuring each patient receives compassionate care and an exceptional experience throughout their hearing journey.
Lauriano
Patient Care Coordinator
I was raised in Round Top, Texas, and graduated from Texas A&M University in 2017. Growing up in a small town where everyone knew your name taught me the importance of character, hard work, and kindness. These values continue to guide me both personally and professionally.
Outside of work, I enjoy traveling with my wife, Karra, and look forward to creating new memories traveling with our son, Lauriano Pineda III, affectionately known as “Lauri.”
Brenda Simon
Billing/Insurance Specialist
Born and raised in Texas, I have proudly called Washington County home for nearly 20 years. My faith, family, friends, and home are the foundation of my life. I enjoy helping others and strive to make a positive difference in the lives of those around me. Working at Padgett gives me the perfect opportunity to achieve that goal. Throughout my career, I have owned and managed my own businesses, which taught me the importance of teamwork, respect, integrity, and attention to detail. I love it here.❤️

Patient Care Coordinator
I am a physician who earned my medical degree abroad and am currently pursuing my Hearing Instrument Specialist license. While continuing my education and hands-on training, I serve as a Patient Care Coordinator at Padgett Hearing Aid Center in Katy, where I balance multiple responsibilities while expanding my knowledge and expertise. I am passionate about helping others and believe that every patient deserves personalized care, trust, and compassion. My goal is to create meaningful connections with each individual I work with, providing attentive service and building confidence throughout their hearing healthcare journey. I am committed to lifelong learning and to making a positive difference in the lives of the patients every day.

Patient Care Coordinator
I am the Patient Care Coordinator in Texarkana. I have a background in medical, sales and customer service, where I’ve developed a passion for helping others and creating a positive experience for every patient. I have been married to my husband, Shane, for 13 years. Together we have a blended family of five children and are proud grandparents to three grandchildren. I enjoy spending time with my family and I value building meaningful relationships with those I serve. I am dedicated to providing compassionate, personalized care and look forward to helping you with your hearing needs.

Hi, I'm Hope, a Patient Care Coordinator at Padgett Hearing Aid Center. I have a background in healthcare, including phlebotomy and medical assisting, and I enjoy helping patients feel comfortable and cared for throughout their hearing journey. I also manage our social media and love finding creative ways to educate our community about hearing health. Outside of work, I enjoy photography, graphic design, and making people laugh, so don't be surprised if you hear me before you see me!

With over 20 years of customer service experience, I am proud to serve as the Lead Patient Care Coordinator at Padgett Hearing Aid Center. I enjoy helping our patients feel welcomed, supported, and cared for throughout every step of their hearing journey. Outside of work, I'm a busy mom to two high schoolers who keep life exciting, and whenever I get the chance, you'll find me planning my next tropical getaway.
Patrick Padgett
Hearing Instrument Specialist
Pat was born in Seguin, TX in 1953. He graduated from the University of Texas in 1975 and has been helping Texans hear better in Brenham and Central Texas since June of 1979. For thirty seven years our business was built on honesty, integrity and service. I know those qualities will continue another thirty seven under Aaron's ownership.

Abram Grable
Hearing Instrument Specialist
I am a Hearing Instrument Specialist with four years of experience helping patients improve their hearing and overall quality of life. Prior to entering the hearing healthcare field, I spent seven years teaching U.S. History, where I developed strong communication, education, and relationship-building skills that continue to serve me in my current role. I am passionate about providing patient-centered care, educating others, and making a meaningful difference in the lives of those I serve. Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my wife, Courtney, and our two children, Kannon and Jax.
Melannie Garcia
Patient Care Coordinator
Melannie is the first voice you will hear and first friendly face you will see as soon as you call or enter our office. She is also the one who will schedule your appointments and answer any questions you may have. Born in Austin Texas, raised in Bastrop. She loves going to the beach and going fishing in general. She also admires the beauty of nature.

Marshall Craig
Hearing Instrument Specialist
Marshall was raised in Texarkana with roots from Arkansas. After graduating from the University of Arkansas in 2004 he worked in the transportation industry. A few years later in 2013 he found his passion for helping the hearing impaired, which was nothing new to him being raised with family members who have profound hearing loss. He is a wonderful husband to Lyndsey and the proud father and coach to two handsome young men who keep him busy after hours with year-round sports! WOO PIG SOOIE!!!
